日系金融機関のシンガポール拠点にて、IT部門のマネージャーポジションを募集しています。
日本本社との連携を図りながら、現地のIT運用を統括し、安定したシステム環境の構築・維持に貢献いただく重要な役割です。
ITチーム（ローカル社員）のマネジメントも含まれます。
想定業務内容（下記3つの領域を広範にカバーいただくマネジメントポジションとなります）
１：ネットワークインフラ
LAN、WAN、ファイアウォール環境の監視、障害対応、パフォーマンス改善、インシデント管理（業務時間外対応含む）
ネットワーク活動傾向の監視、構成図の管理、スイッチ・ルーター・IDS/IPS・ファイアウォールのサポート
本社ITチームとの連携によるシステム管理・導入支援
支店および本社プロジェクトの計画・交渉・実行・支援
IT資産およびネットワーク機器・ソフトウェアの在庫管理と更新
２：IT開発
EUC（End User Computing）開発プロジェクトの管理とスケジュール調整
開発者と業務部門とのコミュニケーション支援
データベースの稼働状況・パフォーマンスの監視と保守
EUCプログラムの変更管理プロセスの承認
開発ツールのライセンス更新管理
３：ITセキュリティ
技術関連規制へのタイムリーな対応
技術リスク管理フレームワークに基づくITリスク分析・維持
業務部門へのシステムリスク評価支援
インフラチームを率いてネットワーク全体の脆弱性管理
サイバーセキュリティ対策・研修の統括、ネットワークとデータの安全性確保
応募要件
インフラおよびシステムセキュリティ管理経験10年以上
ITリスク管理フレームワークの知識・経験
ネットワーク、PC、OSに関する知識
ITプロジェクトの管理経験とチームリーダー経験
高い技術力・問題解決力・学習能力
日本本社との連携のため、日本語の読み書き・会話がビジネスレベルで可能な方
雇用条件・福利厚生
給与：月10,000〜12,000SGD前後＋業績連動賞与
休暇：年次有給休暇23日、病気休暇14日
保険：入院・手術保険、傷害保険、労災補償保険、外来診療費補助、歯科保険、専門医による外来診療費補助
