■ITマネージャー（課長レベル）募集■ 日系大手金融／シンガポール勤務
シンガポールに拠点を置く日系金融機関では、IT部門の体制強化に向けて、現地採用によるITマネージャー（課長レベル）を募集しています。日本本社との連携を図りながら、現地チームのマネジメントと技術的な支援を担っていただける方を求めています。
■ポジション概要
本ポジションでは、日本本社からの指示を受け、それを英語に翻訳・解釈し、現地スタッフへ的確に伝達・実行する役割を担っていただきます。技術的な専門性だけでなく、コミュニケーション力や現場感覚を重視しており、幅広いIT領域に対する理解と、チームをリードする力が求められます。
■主な業務内容
- 日本本社からの指示内容の理解と英訳、現地スタッフへの展開
- IT関連業務全般のマネジメント（以下3領域を広く浅く理解している方を歓迎）
- ソフトウェア開発・プログラム管理
- 機材・環境整備、インフラ構築
- 情報セキュリティの維持・管理
- 外部ベンダーや社内関係者との調整・折衝
- チームメンバーの育成・指導
- 業務改善やリスク管理に関する提案・実行
■求める人物像
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーションが可能な方
- IT領域における幅広い知識と、現場での実務経験を有する方
- 指示待ちではなく、自ら考え、必要な情報を適切な相手に確認・判断できる方
- 多国籍チームとの協働経験がある方歓迎
- 金融業界でのIT経験があれば尚可
■雇用形態・待遇
給与目安：SGD 10,000〜14,000／月（経験・スキルに応じて応相談）
勤務地：シンガポール中心部（大手日系金融グループのオフィス内）
