Location: London, United Kingdom (In-office, 5 days a week with some flexibility)

The firm is renowned for its expertise in private markets, including real estate, and is committed to delivering exceptional investment solutions to institutional investors worldwide.

Role Overview: The Investor Relations Senior Associate will be a key member of the Real Estate team, responsible for servicing institutional investors across Europe. This role will focus exclusively on the firm's real estate funds, ensuring that investors receive top-tier service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a seamless investor experience.
  • Fund Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on fund performance, market trends, and investment strategies to investors.
  • Client Servicing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials, presentations, and other investor communications.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and events to promote the firm's real estate funds.
  • Compliance: Ensure all investor communications and activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have prior experience working at another private markets manager, specifically covering real estate. This is a mandatory requirement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and fund structures.
  • Location: Based in London, with the ability to work in-office 5 days a week (some flexibility is allowed).
