Investor Relations Associate
Our client is a well-established real estate investment manager with a strong track record across both debt and equity investments. The firm manages billions of dollars on behalf of institutional investors and has built a respected reputation in the commercial real estate market through decades of successful investing and capital raising.
As the platform continues to grow, they are looking to bring on an Investor Relations Analyst to their New York office. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, institutional investors, and the broader investment business, providing a strong foundation for long-term career growth within real estate investing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute investor reporting and performance materials
- Assist in the completion of RFPs, DDQs, and other investor due diligence requests
- Maintain and update the firm's CRM database, ensuring accurate investor and prospect information
- Support the creation and maintenance of marketing presentations, pitchbooks, fundraising materials, and investment collateral
- Coordinate investor communications and assist with ongoing relationship management efforts
- Help organize investor meetings, annual meetings, conferences, and fundraising events
- Conduct market and competitive research to support business development initiatives
- Partner closely with senior investor relations and fundraising professionals on day-to-day projects and strategic initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc analyses, reporting requests, and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience within investor relations, fundraising, asset management, private equity, real estate, investment banking, consulting, or financial services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in real estate, private markets, and institutional investing
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire for long-term professional growth
