A Digital Assets focused Venture Capital firm is looking to add a highly motivated and versatile Investor Relations Associate to their team. The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for:
- Assist in sourcing and engaging new investors across institutional, family office, and high-net-worth segments.
- Support the development and optimization of fundraising processes and documentation.
- Enhance and maintain CRM systems to streamline investor engagement.
- Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events connecting the investment team with prospective and current investors.
- Manage due diligence and commitment processes efficiently.
- Support ongoing communication with existing and prospective investors in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Lead improvements to CRM and email systems for greater efficiency and data integrity.
- Maintain accurate investor data, contact lists, and compliance records.
- Prepare and update investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, quarterly reports, and due diligence documentation.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives such as branding, website updates, and social media strategy.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and events, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
The Investor Relations Associate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, client service, marketing, or business development. Experience in venture capital, private equity, or asset management preferred; familiarity with blockchain or crypto strongly desired.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a polished client-facing demeanor.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Affinity) is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
