Overview
A Real Estate investment firm is seeking a junior‑level Investor Relations Analyst or Associate (1-3 years) to support marketing, reporting, and product‑related initiatives within the Investor Relations function. This role will work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in the preparation of investor‑facing materials, conference support, and new product development.
The Investor Relations Analyst/Associate will be responsible for:
- Create, update, and maintain high‑quality marketing materials, pitch decks, and firm/product collateral.
- Assist in drafting and refining messaging for both existing and prospective investors.
- Support the design and formatting of materials for conferences, meetings, and roadshows.
- Prepare recurring Investor Relations reports, including performance summaries and client‑facing updates.
- Help maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting across products and platforms.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure timely, polished deliverables.
- Assist with preparation for industry conferences and investor events.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow‑up communication.
- Attend select conferences as part of the IR team.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of new investment products.
- Assist with product‑specific research, positioning, messaging, and documentation.
- Help prepare internal and external materials associated with new offerings.
- Collaborate with teams across the firm, including operations, finance, and other middle‑office functions.
- Help ensure smooth information flow between internal stakeholders and the IR team.
The Investor Relations Analyst/Associate should have:
- 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, marketing, capital markets, or related fields.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; comfort creating polished, professional materials.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational abilities and willingness to support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Professional, polished, and confident communicator.
- Interest in investor relations and new product development.
- Comfortable in a middle‑office role with exposure across the firm.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
