Investment Banking Senior Analyst/Associate - M&A
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute mid-market sell-side M&A transactions, primarily across the distribution space.
- Support senior bankers in deal origination, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and client presentations.
- Collaborate closely with MDs and VPs to drive transaction execution and client engagement.
- Contribute to pitch development and sector research within the broader industrials vertical.
- 2-5 years of investment banking experience with significant M&A deal exposure from a reputable platform;
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Mentorship: Work directly with senior leadership to support transaction execution and the build-out of this specific team's sector coverage.
