In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders on high‑impact strategic assignments that require thoughtful analysis, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years of full-time Investment Banking experience, with a strong focus on M&A
- Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models and perform detailed valuations
- Experience preparing pitch materials, CIMs, and other client-facing documents
- Solid understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and transaction structuring
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a demanding environment
