Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for active client engagements
- Lead market outreach, buyer targeting, and relationship management efforts
- Play a hands-on, meaningful role throughout the full M&A process
- Partner closely with senior bankers in executing sell-side transactions
- Represent the firm in client and buyer meetings with a strong emphasis on communication and professionalism
- Contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded office environment
- Help lead ongoing training and development, with increasing responsibility over time
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant investment banking experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in client-facing situations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "no task is too small" attitude
- Desire to grow within a firm that is actively expanding and building for the long term
- Willingness to work full-time in an in-person office environment in Denver
