Investment Analyst or Associate

Energy Infrastructure Investing | Incline Village, NV

About Our Client

Our client is a private investment firm focused on acquiring, optimizing, and redeveloping energy infrastructure assets across North America. Since its founding, the firm has committed more than $1 billion of capital on behalf of institutional investors and has developed a differentiated strategy centered on identifying undervalued infrastructure assets with existing cash flows and significant redevelopment potential.

Rather than pursuing traditional corporate buyouts, the firm targets assets that possess unique strategic characteristics such as existing land positions, transmission infrastructure, interconnection rights, zoning approvals, and other redevelopment advantages. By combining investment, development, asset management, and capital markets expertise under one roof, the firm is able to unlock opportunities that many traditional investors overlook.

Headquartered in Incline Village, Nevada, our client offers investment professionals the opportunity to work across multiple facets of the infrastructure investment lifecycle while enjoying a unique quality of life on the north shore of Lake Tahoe.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an Investment Analyst or Associate to join its growing investment team.

The firm is currently experiencing significant growth driven by an active acquisition pipeline and several large-scale development projects progressing through financing and execution. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking a highly differentiated role that combines elements of infrastructure investing, project finance, and real asset development.
