A leading securities firm is seeking an experienced and visionary executive to lead its securities business across Hong Kong and Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape regional strategy, drive innovation, and lead high-performing teams in two of Asia's most dynamic financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for securities trading and related services across Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Lead client acquisition and relationship management, optimizing the full customer lifecycle and enhancing user experience.
- Oversee market analysis and product planning to improve product quality and business conversion.
- Establish robust performance tracking and data analysis frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and empower regional business teams, fostering cross-border collaboration and building a high-performance culture.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovative business development and expansion.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in securities or financial services, with deep knowledge of Hong Kong, U.S., and Singapore markets.
- Holder of relevant Hong Kong SFC licenses (e.g., Type 1 and 4).
- Proven track record as a Responsible Officer (RO) in at least two securities firms.
- Experience in both traditional and internet-based securities business models, with the ability to drive scalable innovation.
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- High motivation to lead business growth in a regulated and fast-paced environment.
