A leading corporate and fiduciary services firm is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join its Senior Leadership Team as Head of Corporate and Legal.

Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of six corporate officers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Oversees the delivery of corporate services to a diverse international client base, including company formations, corporate governance, compliance, and restructuring.
  • Acts as deputy to the Managing Director, assuming leadership responsibilities during their absence.
  • Provides expert legal advice on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and international standards.
  • Participates actively in the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Maintains strong relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensures the firm's corporate and legal practices remain aligned with evolving regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate services, ideally within fiduciary, legal, or financial services sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate law and international governance standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required, with German or French considered an asset.
  • Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
