Compensation: 300-425k
We are currently partnered with a global technology firm in NYC that is looking to bring on senior leader to head up their AI Governance program. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience in technology, fintech, management consulting, or a related industry, and have a strong technical understanding of AI adoption, combined with background/experience in risk/governance/compliance. The Head of AI Governance will be responsible for building out and integrating the AI Governance program across the firm, effectively enabling further AI usage and implementation, while ensuring that it is done so ethically and in accordance with global standards.
Responsibilities:
- Build out and scale AI Governance framework across the enterprise, working closely with Legal, Product and Engineering
- Build out and oversee a team to help increase AI Governance capabilities
- Establish governance/oversight activities over the entirety of the AI lifecycle to help enable further ethical AI usage and implementation
- Partner with business leadership and senior stakeholders to increase awareness of AI Risk and Governance
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology, fintechs, management consulting, or a related industry, and have a strong technical understanding of AI adoption, combined with background/experience in risk/governance/compliance.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML + the ability to effectively communicate and share insights across business units
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards
