FX Structuring - Associate/AVP

Overview:

A global investment bank is seeking an Associate or AVP to join its FX Structuring team in London. The role involves designing and delivering bespoke FX derivative solutions for a broad client base, including corporates, financial institutions, asset managers, hedge funds, and sovereigns. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Trading, and Risk to create innovative, risk-appropriate strategies across G10 and EM currencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and price FX derivatives tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales to deliver solutions across all client types.
  • Develop marketing materials and scenario analyses.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments.
  • Support product innovation and digital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in FX structuring or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of FX derivatives and pricing models.
  • Programming skills (Python, VBA, or C++) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Degree in a quantitative field; advanced degrees a plus.
