Role Overview
As a E&S Renewal Underwriter, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth by evaluating and underwriting new business submissions, managing agency relationships, and mentoring junior team members. This position requires a balance of analytical skill, customer service, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and underwrite renewal business submissions within authority guidelines
- Analyze risk exposures and determine appropriate pricing and coverage
- Collaborate with General Agents and internal teams to grow and maintain a profitable book of business
- Provide timely and effective communication to agency partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of commercial underwriting experience preferred
