Enterprise Risk Analytics Manager - Leading Software Firm (Mumbai)
Our client is a global financial software company and service provider, and we are seeking an Enterprise Risk Analytics Manager to join the Mumbai team as part of their business-critical expansion.
Responsibilities for the Enterprise Risk Analytics Manager:
- Pioneer the ERM Business Unit, and provide analytics solutions to the local Risk Management users.
- Assist the wider Business on the design and implementation of solutions for the ERM software
- Back-test the product and conduct the necessary training
- Work closely with the Sales team to advise users on the technical know-how in ERM
- Manage teams across different functions for different projects and guide Juniors solutions resolution and validation
Requirements for the Enterprise Risk Analytics Manager:
- Minimum 7-8+ years of experience in Risk Management specifically ERM
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of study
- Strong people management skills with leadership/mentoring experience
- Adept in IT and wider tech skills e.g. Python and SQL will be advantageous
- Self-starter ability and strong teamwork skills, able to work in a fast paced environment.
