Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Portfolio Problem‑Solving - Tackle a wide range of operational challenges across existing assets, from property‑level issues to process improvements, acting as a flexible generalist who fills gaps wherever needed.
Relationship Management - Maintain strong communication with brokers, tenants, lenders, property managers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.
Asset Management - Monitor property performance, review budgets and operating expenses, track KPIs, and support value‑add initiatives across the industrial portfolio.
Financing Support - Assist with loan compliance, lender reporting, refinancing evaluations, and financial modeling tied to existing debt structures.
Contract & Transaction Support - Review service agreements, vendor contracts, lease documents, and support legal/operational workflows tied to ongoing portfolio needs.
Leasing Coordination - Partner with brokers to track leasing activity, evaluate proposals, support negotiations, and ensure accurate documentation and tenant onboarding.
General Operations - Handle miscellaneous tasks that arise in a fast‑moving environment, ensuring assets remain compliant, efficient, and well‑positioned in the California industrial market
