Cybersecurity Audit Manager

A leading commercial bank is looking to expand their Technology Audit team by hiring a Manager.

In this role, you will oversee the full audit lifecycle and play a key part in enhancing cybersecurity controls across the bank's technology and operational platforms. Responsibilities include contributing to audit planning, executing testing in critical areas, and serving as the primary liaison with management to define audit scope and communicate progress and findings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the execution of cybersecurity audits, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Perform detailed testing and analysis of cyber controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify and assess operational and technology risks, contributing to the development of the annual audit plan.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure audit outcomes support broader business and risk objectives.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that improve audit methodologies and risk coverage.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit conducting IT infrastructure and cybersecurity audits
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, and data analytics
• Collaborative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance-driven audit practices.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience conducting audits in fast-moving environments.
