Crypto Product Director
- Develop mid-to-long-term product roadmaps for virtual assets aligned with company goals and Web3 market opportunities.
- Lead the design, iteration, and operations of core products such as trading platforms and wallets, optimizing KPIs through data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to AML/KYC standards and global regulations (e.g., MiCA).
- Explore partnerships in emerging areas such as DeFi, cross-chain solutions, and RWA, and drive innovation in NFT applications.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies (smart contracts, public chain ecosystems) and CeFi/DeFi models; familiarity with asset security and auditing.
- Deep knowledge of global virtual asset regulatory frameworks (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, EU) and strong insight into the Web3 market.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and data analysis skills; fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Experience at leading exchanges, digital banks, or regulated custody platforms.
- Familiarity with advanced technologies such as MPC wallets and zero-knowledge proofs.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or blockchain-related credentials.
- Active involvement or connections within the Web3 community.
