To support this trajectory, the company is seeking a hands‑on, forward‑thinking Controller who can provide both strategic insight and day‑to‑day leadership.
In this role, the Controller will own the core accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial activities. This leader will play a critical role in enhancing financial infrastructure, modernizing systems, and implementing scalable processes that support sustained growth. The position requires a blend of technical accounting expertise, operational curiosity, and an ability to partner cross‑functionally to drive informed business decisions.
Controller Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end close process and prepare financial reporting
- Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, treasury, and liquidity
- Oversee Accounts Payable and billing functions while maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships
- Lead, mentor, and develop a four-person AP/AR team
- Manage sales and use tax compliance and filings
Controller Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Exposure to private equity environments
