Position Summary:
They are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support their Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clientele. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial services, exceptional client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of UHNW individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and responsiveness.
- Manage complex account activities including onboarding, asset transfers, wire requests, and documentation for trusts, estates, and family offices.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, portfolio managers, and legal/tax professionals to support client goals.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FINRA, SEC).
- Prepare customized reports, performance summaries, and client presentations.
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience and streamline service processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a client service role within wealth management, private banking, or family office.
- Experience working directly with UHNW clients (typically $30M+ in investable assets).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
