Client Service Analyst / Associate - Hedge Fund (Hong Kong)
Our client, a leading China-focused hedge fund, is seeking an experienced Client Service Analyst/Associate to join their growing team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting institutional investors and delivering exceptional client service.
What You'll Do
- Produce high-quality investor reporting, including monthly reports, quarterly newsletters, marketing presentations, and NAV reporting.
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests such as quarterly and annual DDQs.
- Respond promptly to daily investor inquiries, ensuring best-in-class client service.
- Manage relationships with fund administrators, overseeing investor dealing inflows/outflows and ensuring smooth processes.
- Assist with AML and FATCA documentation reviews and respond to related requests.
- Contribute to special projects, including performance data analytics and investor-related compliance initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience servicing institutional clients at a leading investment management firm, investment bank, or fund administrator.
- Strong understanding of investor servicing and reporting requirements.
- Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams, including operations and compliance.
- Near-native proficiency in English (Mandarin a plus).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation.
