Location: New York or Dallas
Compensation: $275,000 - $300,000
Schedule: Hybrid
Role Description:
We are partnering with a fast-scaling home services company that is seeking a hands-on CFO to help drive the next phase of expansion. This is a highly visible leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with investors to scale a multi-location business through a combination of organic growth, operational improvement, and acquisitions. The CFO will lead all aspects of finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, M&A integration, commercial finance, and strategic planning. This individual is expected to build finance infrastructure, improve KPI visibility, and serve as a true business partner to both operations and the executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Diligence, deal modeling, and post-close integration across a high-velocity pipeline
- Forecasting, operating KPI's and performance management
- Stand up scalable finance infrastructure
- Commercial Finance
Qualifications:
- SVP of Finance, divisional CFO, or strong #2 ready for the top seat
- Background in home services, roofing, HVAC, or facilities services
- PE-backed operating experience in multi-site services
- Strong FP&A, forecasting and operating-KPI discipline
- Exposure to preparing a business for sale or PE exit
