Role Overview
The BD & Operations Officer will play a hybrid role, combining business development research, compliance support, and office administration. This position is ideal for someone resourceful, curious, and highly organized-able to dig deep into prospect research, prepare strong materials for senior leadership, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This role offers direct exposure to senior management, visibility across global markets, and the opportunity to grow into client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct deep-dive research on prospects, markets, and potential partners to support client acquisition.
Prepare prospect lists, research files, and briefing notes for senior leadership.
Assist in preparing BD decks, meeting materials, and internal reports for client-facing use.
Support targeted outreach efforts with background research and follow-ups.
Engage selectively in direct outreach and client-facing interactions where relevant experience applies.
Maintain accurate compliance registers and documentation to meet internal and external requirements.
Ensure smooth office coordination and day-to-day operations with minimal disruptions.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of working experience, engaging with family offices and institutional investors.
Naturally curious and resourceful researcher with strong analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a small, lean team.
