Responsibilities:
- Work closely with quantitative researchers and the product trading team to develop a stable, versatile, and efficient online trading platform that supports rapid business iteration.
- Apply best practices and participate in the design and development of highly reusable trading systems and research tools that support multiple strategy types.
- Continuously improve online service quality and strategy iteration efficiency through technical solutions, creating substantial value for live trading.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficient in C++, with solid experience in Python and other programming languages; strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
- Experience in the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale, highly complex online systems; capable of establishing best practices through system design and process optimization; familiar with Kubernetes-based deployments and microservice architectures.
- Strong system design capabilities and sound engineering judgement; committed to code quality, test-driven development, and automated engineering workflows.
Preferred
- Advanced degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance, or Engineering.
- ACM-ICPC Medal, Kaggle Medalist, NOI, MCM, Jane Street Challenge or other awards.
- Strong open-source contributions in distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure or AI frameworks.
