The firm is known for its flexible, non-institutional approach and its focus on acquiring asset-backed operating companies across Europe and North America. With a broad investment remit and a lean team structure, the firm offers high exposure and full lifecycle deal experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis, structuring, and execution of new investment opportunities, with a focus on asset evaluation and business modelling.
- Lead and support due diligence workstreams across commercial, technical, financial, tax, and legal areas.
- Identify key investment risks and propose mitigants.
- Perform market research and sector analysis to support investment theses.
- Prepare and review detailed financial models and investment committee materials.
- Assist in raising debt and equity financing for new deals and portfolio companies.
- Support portfolio company management, including reporting and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain relationships with management teams, investment banks, and external advisors.
Role Requirements
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or a similar environment.
- Strong academic background and a high-achieving mindset.
- Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals.
- Proven ability to build complex financial models from scratch.
- Exceptional technical and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
