Join a rapidly growing Digital Assets trading team within a Tier-1 HFT, operating systematic crypto strategies across global cryptocurrency markets.
This role sits at the intersection of trading, quantitative analysis, and technology, offering direct exposure to live systematic trading strategies across centralized crypto exchanges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising live systematic trading strategies
- Improving execution quality, capital efficiency, and risk-adjusted returns
- Analysing market microstructure, liquidity, and performance drivers
- Partnering closely with quant researchers and developers to enhance strategy performance
- Contributing to the growth of a global, high-performance crypto trading business
They're interested in candidates who have:
- Professional experience trading cryptocurrencies, either systematically or semi-systematically
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Knowledge of crypto derivatives, including futures, perpetuals, and options
- Python programming experience for analysis or automation
- A disciplined approach to risk management and trading operations
- Experience with DeFi or on-chain analytics is beneficial but not required
