Position: Senior Associate - Investment Banking (Restructuring & Special Situations)

Position Summary:
The firm is hiring a Senior Associate with investment banking experience and exposure to restructuring or distressed situations. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-stakes transactions, lead execution, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute restructuring and special situations transactions (e.g., distressed debt raises, DIP financing, out-of-court restructurings)
- Provide advisory on capital restructuring, distressed M&A, and other complex transactions
- Build detailed financial models and perform liquidity analysis, stress testing, and capital structure assessments
- Prepare investor presentations, pitch materials, and transaction-related documentation
- Collaborate with legal advisors, financial sponsors, and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 years in investment banking, with a focus on / exposure to restructuring or special situations
- Strong understanding of capital structures, debt instruments, and credit analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and capital structure analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
