🔍 What They're Looking For:
- A proven PM or senior risk-taker with a 3+ year track record generating ~$5MM+ annual PnL in a semi-systematic or systematic credit strategy.
- Experience trading liquid credit instruments (IG, HY, sovereigns, CDS, etc.) with a quantitative or hybrid approach.
- Strong understanding of signal generation, execution algorithms, and risk management frameworks.
- Ability to operate independently within a collaborative pod structure.
