Research Business Manager
This is a corporate strategy position where you will play a crucial part in advancing the firm's research and development efforts. The role will require significant data analysis and involve close collaboration with senior leadership, including our Head of Research, Head of Research Engineering and CEO
Core Responsibilities: You'll essentially be the product manager for research initiatives, in partnership with our Head of Research.
- You'll own and develop our data intelligence strategy, helping us track and visualize the research process, manage inter-team collaboration, and ensure alignment with the firm's goals.
- One of your key objectives will be to drive data-backed solutions to complex problems and lead process improvements across the R&D team.
Expectations: You'll be working on high-impact projects like
- Process improvement and analytics to advance our research goals.
- Partnering with leadership to design and manage quarterly R&D agendas and oversee a portfolio of technical projects.
- Leading strategic initiatives like geographic expansion, the introduction of new asset classes, or proprietary execution algorithms
Candidate Qualities:
- You'll need to have excellent project management skills, a rigorous analytical mindset, and the ability to deliver projects on tight timelines. Most importantly, we value candidates who have a bias for action, are driven by accountability, and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Ability to program in Python is a plus
