Quantitative Developer (Crypto)

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in strategy research, closely collaborate with quantitative researchers, address technical challenges, and optimise prototype strategies for performance improvements;
2. Interface with development engineers and trading systems to assist in implementing live trading strategies;
3. Build and enhance research platforms, maintain code repositories, and develop related research tools;
4. Develop automated work-flows for system operations and maintenance.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields from top domestic or international universities; passionate about coding, willing to invest time in technical deep dives, continuously improving personal skills and system performance;
2. Good programming practices, strong communication skills, and quick learning ability;
3. Solid understanding of distributed computing principles and familiarity with machine learning platforms;
4. Strong system design capabilities;
5. Strong interest in algorithmic trading;
6. Proficient in Python 3 and C++ (version > C++11); familiar with Linux operating systems (language switch acceptable).

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Award-winning experience in programming contests, informatics olympiads, or similar competitions;
2. Internship experience in leading R&D departments of organizations such as Google, Microsoft, Tencent, etc.;
3. Proficient in large-scale computing and distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop, Flink, etc.;
4. Familiarity with mainstream machine learning platforms and GPU programming principles;
5. Knowledge of financial derivatives trading, technical architecture, high-performance computing, and machine learning technologies;
6. Passion for open-source technologies, active contributor to open-source communities like GitHub.
