- Translate business needs from underwriting, actuarial, and operations into structured product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver MVPs and iterate rapidly.
- Drive adoption of intelligent workflows that replace manual processes with AI agents and automation.
- Lead cross-functional delivery from ideation through testing, feedback, and rollout.
- Define success metrics and track impact (e.g., speed-to-quote, triage accuracy, loss ratio improvements).
- Ensure product designs align with regulatory and specialty program constraints.
- Safeguard proprietary logic and workflows from vendor lock-in and maintain long-term IP ownership.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring complex workflows into actionable features.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with GenAI and automation platforms (e.g., OpenAI Agent SDK, CrewAI, LangChain, n8n).
- Exposure to agent orchestration, intelligent intake, and document processing pipelines.
