Private Equity Vice President

Selby Jennings is proud to partner with a newly launched private equity firm backed by a sophisticated and well-capitalized investor base. The firm is focused on building a differentiated platform in the lower middle market, with an emphasis on value creation, operational improvement, and long-term partnership with management teams.

As the platform continues its early-stage growth, the firm is seeking a Vice President who will play a critical role in deal execution, portfolio management, and helping shape the long-term identity of the organization. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a new fund and have direct influence on strategy, culture, and investment outcomes.
