Role Summary:
The Associate will be a core member of the investment team, supporting all aspects of the investment process. This includes financial modeling, industry and company research, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. The role is designed as a three-year program, offering significant exposure to private equity fundamentals and strategic value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Build and analyze financial models, forecasts, and valuation scenarios
- Conduct market and industry research to support investment theses
- Evaluate company performance, competitive positioning, and growth potential
- Prepare investment committee materials and transaction documentation
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance in finance, economics, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong financial statement analysis and valuation capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented
