Manager, Capital Markets & Financing (Taiwan based)
Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee corporate finance functions, including capital structure management, investment analysis, and funding strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and board members.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and drive profitability.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and corporate finance, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and strategic thinking.
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations, corporate finance principles, and industry trends.
