Your Role: What You'll Do
As a senior consultant, you'll take the lead on:
- Managing multiple high-impact consulting projects simultaneously
- Delivering on a wide range of assignments including:
- Pricing, modeling, M&A, ALM, cash flow testing
- Statutory, tax, and GAAP valuation
- ERM/ORSA support
- Supporting product development across:
- ULSG, Whole Life, Term Life, Annuities, and Combo Life/Health products
- Leading client relationships and driving business growth
- Mentoring junior and mid-level actuarial talent
- Occasional travel as needed
What We're Looking For
- FSA designation with a strong academic background in Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, or related fields
- 5-19 years of actuarial experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
- Experience with actuarial software (MG-ALFA a plus)
- Bonus: Experience with principles-based reserves, AI tools, and programming languages
