Position Overview
We are seeking high-caliber professionals for Director level positions to join our investment team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in investment banking or private equity, with strong financial modeling skills (for Associates) and independent deal sourcing experience (for Directors and above).
Key Responsibilities
- Independently source, originate, and evaluate high-quality investment opportunities.
- Build and leverage an extensive industry network to proactively expand the firm's deal pipeline.
- Lead all aspects of deal execution, from origination to closing, including negotiation and structuring.
- Represent the firm in external meetings, industry events, and with portfolio company management teams.
- Drive investment strategy and contribute to the overall direction of the fund.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in private equity or investment banking, with a focus on USD investments.
- Proven track record of independently sourcing and executing deals.
- Deep industry relationships and strong reputation in the market.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
Preferred Background
- Associates: Prior experience at top-tier investment banks with a focus on financial modeling and transaction support.
- Directors and above: Demonstrated ability to independently originate and close deals, with a robust network in the PE/VC ecosystem.
