Role: Investment Banking Associate
Compensation: $170k base + competitive bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support execution of M&A transactions across a variety of healthcare verticals
- Work closely with senior bankers and clients in a true partnership model
- Gain exposure to high-impact deals with consistent deal flow and top-tier league table performance
Qualifications:
- Current Investment Banking Analyst 3 or Associate 1 with closed M&A deal experience
- Healthcare experience preferred, but open to strong candidates from other sectors
- Personable, coachable, and driven with a strong work ethic
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
