Head of Sales, Crypto Derivatives
Role
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy for crypto derivatives products
- Identify and grow institutional client base and distribution channels including EAMs, asset managers, private banks, crypto funds etc.
- Manage relationships with brokers, liquidity providers, and other partners
- Oversee external consultants and introducers, including onboarding and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market initiatives
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and business strategy
- Contribute to overall company management strategy and decision-making
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the company scales
- Represent the company at industry events and with key stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Strong understanding of crypto derivatives and institutional trading needs
- Proven success in managing distribution channels and external consultants
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Global perspective and experience working with cross-border teams or clients
