You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with institutional investors, driving fundraising initiatives, and overseeing the Investor Relations team. An ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of crypto markets and blockchain fundamentals to effectively represent the firm and its investment strategy.
The Head of Capital Formation will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of institutional investor prospects through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Lead and mentor the Investor Relations team, ensuring high-quality reporting, engagement, and support for current and potential investors.
- Represent the firm externally, enhancing brand visibility and credibility through targeted initiatives and events.
- Manage travel and event budgets to support business development goals.
- Collaborate across internal teams to optimize investor onboarding and engagement processes.
- Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Analyze market trends and investor behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide cross-functional leadership to support capital formation and investor engagement.
The Head of Capital Formation should have:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Established network of institutional investors and industry contacts.
