Credit ETF Trading | Top Market Making firms
Credit ETF Quant Trader - supporting and expanding fixed income credit market making capabilities across IG and HY ETF products. You'll be working closely with senior traders and quant researchers to refine pricing models, manage risk on live positions, and build out the tooling and systematic frameworks the desk needs to scale.
What They're Looking For:
- 1-3 years on a sell-side credit ETF trading desk, IG/HY market making operation, or credit derivatives desk
- Solid grasp of ETF mechanics - creation/redemption, NAV arb, basket pricing and hedging
- Quantitative fluency: you can build and iterate on pricing models, not just run them
- Python and/or C++ proficiency
- Understanding of fixed income microstructure - how bonds trade, where liquidity lives, how to hedge efficiently
- High floor on risk instincts - you know when a position is right and when it isn't
