We're seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join a leading global asset manager as a Client Reporting & Servicing Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to institutional clients.
What does the role involve?
- Take ownership of client reporting deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate production of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with agreed SLAs.
- Support client onboarding by coordinating reporting requirements and ensuring smooth implementation of new processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Client Services, Sales, RFP, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of client service.
- Represent the team in regional initiatives, projects, and system enhancements impacting institutional clients.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems and handle mailbox queries with professionalism and urgency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting workflows and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
What experience do you need?
- 3-7 years experience in client reporting, onboarding, or servicing within asset or fund management.
- Strong understanding of investment operations, performance measurement, and reporting cycles.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first mindset.
