This role will play a pivotal role in our investment team, responsible for managing and growing our equity investments in the Asia - Pacific market. Core Responsibilities
Investment Strategy and Portfolio Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive investment strategy focused on the Asia - Pacific equity market, with a particular emphasis on identifying and capitalizing on alpha - generating opportunities.
Manage a diversified portfolio of equity investments, making informed buy, sell, and hold decisions based on in - depth fundamental and quantitative analysis.

Alpha Research

Market Analysis and Monitoring
Stay abreast of the latest market developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes in the Asia - Pacific region, and assess their potential impact on the equity market and investment portfolio.
Provide regular market updates and investment recommendations to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders, and participate in investment committee meetings to discuss and make investment decisions.

Risk Management

Work closely with the risk management team to ensure that the investment portfolio complies with the firm's risk management policies and procedures, and to address any risk - related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree in business administration (MBA), finance, or a CFA charter is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in equity research, portfolio management, or investment analysis, with a focus on the Asia - Pacific market.
Proven track record of generating alpha and delivering superior investment returns in the Asia - Pacific equity market.
Experience working in a hedge fund, asset management firm, or other financial institution is highly desirable.
Skills and Knowledge
