About the Opportunity
A highly regarded real estate investment platform is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate, Investor Relations & Capital Formation to join its growing team.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys working at the intersection of fundraising, investor engagement, and real estate investing. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while supporting capital raising initiatives and serving as a key point of contact for institutional investors, private wealth platforms, and family offices.
The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening investor relationships, supporting fundraising efforts, and helping drive the firm's continued growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support ongoing capital formation and fundraising initiatives across the platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Assist with investor communications, including presentations, marketing materials, quarterly updates, and reporting.
- Coordinate responses to investor due diligence requests, questionnaires, and information requests.
- Partner closely with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams to support fundraising and investor servicing efforts.
- Help manage investor pipelines, meeting schedules, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare materials for investor meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate investor and prospect information within CRM systems.
- Contribute to a best-in-class investor experience through proactive communication and exceptional attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Investor Relations, Capital Formation, Fundraising, Institutional Sales, or Business Development.
- Exposure to private equity real estate, REITs, real estate investment management, or alternative investments.
- Experience interacting with institutional investors, family offices, RIAs, or private wealth channels.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
