Assistant Relationship Manager - Swiss Private Bank
Our client, a prestige Swiss private bank, is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality service to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers in managing and servicing private banking clients across multiple markets.
- Handle client enquiries related to account administration, banking services, investment transactions, and portfolio-related requests.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Compliance, Credit, and Product teams to ensure efficient execution of client instructions.
- Assist with account opening, client onboarding, KYC reviews, account maintenance, and periodic client reviews.
- Support Relationship Managers with meeting arrangements, travel coordination, and other administrative duties.
- Contribute to improving client experience through proactive follow-up and efficient handling of client requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a client servicing/front office support function.
- Solid understanding of private banking products, investment solutions, and account servicing processes.
- Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements within the wealth management industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
