Position Summary:
The Asset Management Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the strategic oversight and performance optimization of a national portfolio of healthcare real estate assets. This individual is responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, preparing asset-level reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive value creation and operational efficiency across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of healthcare real estate assets, including medical office buildings, outpatient facilities, and senior housing.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed asset-level models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business plans for each asset, including leasing strategies, capital improvements, and disposition planning.
  • Collaborate with property management, leasing, and development teams to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
  • Support quarterly and annual investor reporting, including preparation of asset summaries, performance dashboards, and market commentary.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform asset strategy and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
  • Assist in the evaluation of potential acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence and underwriting support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment analysis, or a related field, preferably with exposure to healthcare real estate.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with Argus Enterprise is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
