Ihre Aufgaben
▪ Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams im Debitoren- und Kreditorenumfeld
▪ Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung effizienter Accounting-Prozesse sowie die Unterstützung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
▪ Aktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessoptimierungen und Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen
▪ Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen nationalen und internationalen Schnittstellen
▪ Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Veränderungsprozessen
▪ Weiterentwicklung bestehender Strukturen und Arbeitsabläufe
Ihr Profil
▪ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting bzw. Rechnungswesen
▪ Erfahrung im Debitoren- und/oder Kreditorenumfeld
▪ Erste oder mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
▪ Gute Kenntnisse von Accounting-Prozessen und Abschlussarbeiten
▪ Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
▪ Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude an Führung und Prozessverbesserungen
