A large, growth‑oriented healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to partner closely with the CFO and lead enterprise‑wide financial operations. This role requires strong healthcare finance leadership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to operate confidently in a complex, fast‑changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all core finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, cash management, A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Manage and optimize a large, multi‑layered team (4 direct, ~100 indirect).
- Deliver accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and Board‑ready reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements.
- Support growth initiatives, including M&A and integration of new service lines.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leaders on strategy, planning, and organizational priorities.
Requirements
- CPA required
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- Significant executive‑level healthcare finance leadership (hospice, home health, or major health system strongly preferred)
- Experience leading finance functions in $1B+ organizations
- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive change
- Strong executive presence and Board‑level communication skills
- Ability to work on‑site Monday-Friday
