PE・Credit・Public Equityなど幅広い投資チームと連携しながら案件を検討する機会があり、グローバル投資家ならではの長期的な視点で投資判断に携わることができます。
① Investment Associate（Acquisition）
業務内容
- 日本国内不動産投資案件の投資分析
- アンダーライティングおよび財務モデリング
- デューデリジェンスの実施
- 投資委員会資料の作成
- 投資実行およびクロージング支援
- 投資後のモニタリング

業務内容
- 保有不動産ポートフォリオの運用戦略策定・実行
- アセット価値向上施策の立案・推進
- ビジネスプラン・予算管理
- JVパートナーや外部アドバイザーとの折衝
- 投資チームと連携した保有資産の戦略立案
- 売却・再投資戦略の策定
