We are supporting a respected financial institution in hiring a motivated, relationship‑focused Campus Recruitment Specialist for their Hong Kong office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for quantitative researchers, traders, engineers, and data talent
  • Develop sourcing strategies targeting top universities, research labs, and industry talent pools
  • Manage stakeholder communication and hiring expectations with local and global teams
  • Conduct market mapping and provide insights into quantitative finance and tech talent trends
  • Execute campus and experienced‑hire recruitment strategies as required
  • Drive a smooth and structured candidate experience from outreach to offer
  • Maintain recruitment analytics, pipelines, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above; HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally within:
    • Quantitative finance
    • Financial services
    • Technology / AI / data-focused hiring
  • Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, direct outreach, talent mapping)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and research‑driven stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English
